Saca’s Signature Sauces

Just like anything else at Saca’s, our signature sauces are made in house, from scratch, and with real natural ingredients. Saca’s signature sauces are unique. You will not find them anywhere else.

As for all of our recipes, no food/taste enhancer, no MSG, no thickening agents, no gluten, artificial flavors or preservatives are ever used in our sauces.

Sesame

SACA’S SESAME SAUCE: Our signature Sesame Sauce is a rich and flavor-packed sauce, where the fresh garlic and the tang of the lemon balance out the warm nutty sesame paste. (vegan, gluten free)

Spicy Sesame

SACA’S SPICY SESAME SAUCE: Saca’s Signature Spicy Sauce was created with the adventurous customer in mind. This rich and creamy sauce, slightly pink surprises the palate with a double kick on the taste buds. Fear not, it will enhance any menu item with a oomph! (vegan, dairy free, gluten free).

Tzatziki

SACA’S TZATZIKI: Our signature Tzatziki is as creamy and as intense as it gets. Greek yogurt gives it its velvety texture, while cucumbers and fresh mint cool down the intensity of the fresh garlic. (vegetarian, gluten free)

Garlic

SACA’S GARLIC SAUCE: Our signature Garlic Sauce is pure garlicky goodness yet light and balanced. (vegan, gluten free)

Pesto

SACA’S PESTO SAUCE: Our signature Pesto Sauce is a French Provencal Pistou (pronounced pistoo) that simply yet beautifully marries fresh basil leaves, fresh garlic and pure olive oil. (vegan, gluten free, nuts free)

French Tapenade

SACA’S TAPENADE: Our signature Tapenade enhances all the flavors of Provence with black olives, capers, fresh garlic and pure olive olive oil. (vegan, gluten free)

French Vinaigrette

SACA’S FRENCH VINAIGRETTE: White Wine Vinegar and Dijon Mustard are wisked with oil in a beautiful emulsion to create Saca’s Signature French Vinaigrette, sweet and tangy with a pinch of Oregano for the perfect pairing with our fresh salads. And as always without any preservatives or added nonsense (vegan, dairy free, gluten free).
